With our first hospitality project, people are encouraged to buy a sectional title unit. In the project there are 16 hotel suites, 8 are being sold and we are keeping 8. This is a long term investment for us.

When it comes to income generating properties, there are amazing benefits when owning a Hotel unit vs a normal apartment or house. Because Hotels are short-term rental, you get a much higher income with a lot less stress and headache.

Hotel guests pay in advance, they stay for a short time and leave and are general less destructive on the property vs long term rental tenants.

Each Hotel Suite is sectional title and comes fully furnished.
The units can ONLY be used for the Hotel and owners CANNOT live in the units. As INGXENYE, we manage the units as part of the entire Hotel and all the income goes to the owner. There is a property management & marketing fee.

We've secured 2 units in a development in Greenwood Park. The development name is Belmont Gardens and has 10 units in a small, private complex.

We managed to get the units off-plan at a discount and our intention is to resell the units as soon as the development is completed. This opportunity will get us a healthy ROI without having to do any of the hard work.
