MOGALAKW3NA MUNICIPAL MANAGER BREAKS DOWN IN COURT

Mogalakwena Local Municipality manager Morris Maluleke broke down in tears during his court appearance at the Mokopame Magistrate Court in Limpopo.

Maluleke, 43, is facing allegations of fraud, corruption and irregular payments linked to a municipal fleet management contract involving R2 million. The state alleges that a contract initially valued at approximately R4 million, resulted in payments totalling R24 million.
