Open Plan Studio Open Plan Studio is a combined office, art, photo studio and event space. FACING EAST: 8 unique offices that offer individual and share working spaces.

Open Plan tenants range from technology to design to fine art and teaching and they benefit from the proximity of creative services. Open Plan is a showcase for ideas and provides a platform for interaction with community. Covering 966m2, Open Plan blends space within space to create a unique and ever changing co-working studio. Overlooking some of Durbans most iconic features such as both sports

stadiums, the Lion Match Factory, the Stables, Durban Club and the ocean beyond that. Our offices are detailed with good design and provide a stimulating environment for working, making and meeting. FACING WEST: The event space blends artist workshops, a container office and our 6m Art Bar and kitchen installation into a dynamic and interactive space that can be shaped to suit your event requirements. Open Plan is situated on the 4th floor of a newly renovated light industrial building now known as The Design Factory. This conversion into studio space was initiated by Sean Stretch, Dereck Peterson, Durban Property Managers and aims to become a Durban creative hub and precinct in the city.
