Overall Purpose
Analyse the needs of the organisation and develop and draw up a suitable skills development plan and ensure that the skills development plan is followed and properly administrated

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Assist in the development of a Workplace Skills Plan

3. Advise on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design & Implementation of embedded firmware and test solutions primarily in C

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Research Product
• Discuss project specifications with project leader and designers involved with the project
• Obtain any documentation available about the product including circuit diagrams and component layouts
• Formulate test processes and methodology
• Design, conceptualize and develop tests for new and existing products
• Performing capability studies on Test Equipment / methodologies
• Investigate new technologies within automated test equipment field

• Design and layout of printed circuit boards using appropriate software programs e.g.: Altium
