Women's Day 2026 - Power in Heels.

Our ladies in the office celebrated Women's Day by stepping out in their most beautiful and powerful heels. A wonderful reminder to stand tall, walk with confidence and celebrate the strength, individuality and contribution of women.

For our ladies in uniform, whose work responsibilities meant they were unable to join the celebration, a small gift was prepared especially for them to show that every woman at S&G is valued, appreciated and encouraged to shine bright in her own way. ✨

Women’s Day is about more than one celebration. It is a time to recognise the courage, resilience, achievements and everyday contributions of women, while continuing to build a workplace and a world where every woman is respected, supported and given the opportunity to thrive.

The East Coast Radio Big Walk is more than just a walk. It's about connection, compassion and understanding what it means to walk in someone else's shoes. Through this year's theme, "Walking in Your Shoes", we celebrate empathy, community spirit and the power of making a difference together. As part of our journey, we are also collecting pre-loved shoes to donate to those in need - because a single pair of shoes can help someone take their next step with dignity and hope.
