We recently completed a scalable multi-brand WordPress website for Young Boys Beverages in Johannesburg.

Not every event needs a ticket shop. Some need governance.

We recently engineered a custom member-only ticketing system for the Johannesburg Article Clerks Association (JACASS) — built to enforce firm-level allocation caps, domain-based purchase restrictions, and one-ticket-per-person rules.

This wasn’t a plug-and-play setup.

The system includes:

• Domain validation (approved firm emails only)
• Per-firm ticket allocation control
• Optimised database queries with intelligent caching
• Secure Paystack payment integration
• Encrypted ticket verification links
• PDF tickets with unique QR codes for controlled entry
• Automated event-to-gallery lifecycle transitions
• Backend administrative controls with training provided

Every purchase is validated before payment approval. Oversubscription is prevented at system level. Performance remains stable under concurrent checkout activity.
