π¨ We'd like to take a moment to thank the gentleman who left a rather colourful comment on one of our ads.
Something most business owners don't realise is every comment, reaction, share and interaction tells Meta that people are paying attention.
Even the grumpy comments. π
So while the intention may have been to criticise, what actually happened was that our content received more engagement, reached more people and got an extra little boost from the algorithm. π
Now, don't get us wrong, we'd much rather receive enquiries, leads and glowing reviews. But if you're taking time out of your day to interact with our content, we'll take that too. π
If nobody disagrees with our content, we're probably playing it too safe. Not everyone is going to be our customer, and that's perfectly okay.
