What if your marketing problem isn’t your marketing?

It’s tempting to respond to underperforming marketing with more marketing.

More campaigns.
More social posts.
More tactics.

But, sometimes the problem sits further upstream. If your brand isn’t clear on why it exists, who it serves and what it stands for, your marketing has to work far too hard to make people care.

That’s why I believe great marketing starts before the marketing. Before WHAT comes WHY.

Purpose isn't just a statement on a website. It should shape the decisions you make, the stories you tell and the value you create.
