Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Specialist to acquire new SEO and Google Ads clients. This is a commission-based role offering significant earning potential with uncapped commission on both upfront fees and recurring monthly revenue. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate qualified leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and social media.
Sales Outreach & Engagement: Conduct targeted outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Needs Analysis & Consultation: Understand client business objectives and digital marketing needs through thorough consultations.
Proposal Development & Presentation: Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements and present them effectively.
Deal Closing & Contract Negotiation: Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, or Google Ads.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Strong self-motivation, initiative, and a results-oriented mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be located in South Africa.

Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential:
Upfront commission on initial project fees.
Recurring monthly commission for a minimum of 6 months per client.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. Your earnings will directly correlate with your success in acquiring new clients.
