If you compare Vehicle Wrapping to other advertising, it is very cost effective and is seen by thousands of potential customers every day. A typical wrap could cost, let’s say R13.000.00 on a medium sized vehicle. That will cost R17.81 per day, over an average period of 2 years, not at all bad! Cheaper than a Billboard, Newspaper, radio, TV, Etc. Etc. and a thousand times more effective. Facts About Wraps: Wraps are not as durable as paint; they do wear and have to be cared for. Do not use high pressure washes, hand wash with grit free cloth. Take care of areas such as door handles, boot lids, sides of loading area of Ldv, areas that do wear faster. When you close your car door use the handle, don’t put unnecessary wear on the sides of loading area, and be careful of belt buckles or anything that may scratch. If you have mud on vehicle; soften with a hose pipe before washing. Side Graphics may not flow 100% from side to back, so be careful of designing correctly. Vinyl placed around door handles and mirrors, etc. etc. are difficult to apply and we sometimes have to cut and patch certain areas, your finish is not airbrushed (this would cost 8-10 times more) and does have imperfections such as small wrinkles and bubbles. Do not view finished job with a magnifying glass, if your wrap looks good from 1,2 m away, then it is a job well done. Your Vehicle is required for +- 5 days for the process. Day 1- strip and clean vehicle, finalise sizing 2- Print and laminate 3- Application 4- Application and finishing 5- Assemble and delivery Your vehicle is also required for inspection +- 1 week after delivery for taking care of any flaws, bubbles and wrinkles….. I think that “WRAPS” up everything!!!!
