There was a season where I thought I had to play by all the “rules” to be taken seriously online.
Show up a certain way. Say the right things. Fit the mould.

And honestly? It never sat right with me.

Unlearning these three things gave me the biggest ick at first… but letting them go completely changed how I show up, create, and connect online.

Not louder.
Not trendier.
Just more honest.

This shift didn’t happen overnight. It came from slowing down, paying attention to what felt misaligned, and choosing presence over performance.

If you’ve ever felt that quiet tension between who you are and who you think you need to be online… this carousel is for you.

Growth doesn’t always come from doing more.
Sometimes it comes from unlearning what was never yours to carry in the first place 🤍

One of the biggest conversations I have with my clients is this:

They don’t feel “ready” enough to show up boldly on social media.

Because here’s the truth…

If you’re waiting to feel fully qualified, fully polished, fully validated — you’re going to stay invisible.

And invisibility doesn’t pay.

If Erin Brockovich waited until she had the degree, the title, or the approval… that case would’ve never happened.

She didn’t look the part.
She didn’t sound the part.
She didn’t have the traditional credentials.

But she had conviction.
She had proof.
And she wasn’t afraid to speak up.

That’s authority.

And on social media?
Authority isn’t about having the most certifications.
It’s about being the clearest voice in the room.

It’s about deciding:
“I know who I help. I know the problem. And I’m not shrinking anymore.”

If you’re one step ahead of someone else, you’re qualified.
If you’ve lived it, navigated it, solved it — you’re qualified.
If you care deeply and can articulate the transformation — you’re qualified.

The real issue isn’t your experience.

It’s hesitation.

And if building unshakable positioning + messaging that makes people trust you instantly is something you’re ready for…

That’s exactly what we refine inside my signature series.

Because we don’t just “post content.”
We build presence.
We build power.
We build authority that converts.

And it starts with deciding you’re done playing small. 🫶🏻

One of the biggest conversations I have with my clients is around staying consistent on social media when the results feel slow.

Because here’s the truth…

Most people don’t quit because they’re bad at content. They quit because they stop trusting their strategy the moment growth gets quiet.

And that’s exactly what True Spirit reminded me of.

If you change direction every time engagement dips, every time someone questions your approach, or every time progress feels slower than expected…

You’ll never give your content enough time to work.

So what does this mean?

It means you need a strategy you trust even when no one is clapping yet.

Growth doesn’t come from constantly reinventing yourself. It comes from staying aligned, consistent, and committed long enough for trust to compound.

Just like in True Spirit, success wasn’t about convincing everyone else.
It was about staying the course.

And that’s the same energy that builds strong personal brands on social media.

POV: You’re resetting your business so it finally supports your life — not just your workload.

One of the biggest conversations I’m having with my clients right now is this:
“I don’t want my business to run my life anymore.”

Because here’s the truth…
If your business only works when you’re constantly on, pushing, and saying yes to everything — it’s not sustainable.
And no amount of growth is worth burning out yourself or missing the moments that matter.

So what does this mean?

Resetting YSC for 2026 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about building a business that fits the season of life I’m in.

Here’s what that looks like behind the scenes:

• Getting clear on the word I’m carrying into 2026 — and intentionally letting go of what no longer aligns
• Auditing offers, clients, and internal processes through an energy-first lens
• Creating space to say no without guilt, and yes to my family with peace
• Designing systems that support consistency without constant pressure
• Setting goals that are ambitious and realistic for motherhood and business

This reset isn’t about slowing down.
It’s about aligning better — so growth doesn’t come at the cost of my life.

If this resonates, you’re not behind.
You’re just ready for a smarter, more sustainable way forward 🤍
