In 2022, after the passing of my grandmother, I hosted an event on my own — supported only by my sister, Linder Mphahlele.
I did it in just three weeks, from designing the poster to selling tickets on the streets. The event included music, cartoons, and good food — fries and more — because life should still be celebrated.
This event was not about noise or entertainment alone. It was about celebrating life and the life after, remembering love, and honoring someone very special to me — Ace.
I’m proud that I did it, and my wish is to do it again — not for myself, but for him. So that one day, even our grandchildren will know his name and his story.
I’m inviting anyone who feels connected to this message and would like to be part of the next one. Let’s celebrate life, love, and remembrance together.
Thank you to everyone who supported me then, and to those who may join me going forward.
