We have noticed that so many fitness business owners talk about the features of what they do. They will say things like:
✅Hey, this our program,
✅This is our beautiful facility,
✅These our coaches and all their qualifications etc..
Features are aspects of your service, which could be technical or descriptive.
Benefits are why that feature matters for your customers. In other words, how that feature makes their life better.
Features tell customers what, and benefits tell customers why.
You'll get great success with your marketing if you do benefit based marketing.
Benefit based marketing focuses more on the outcome the consumers want to achieve. Things like:
✅looking better in front of the mirror,
✅having that confidence,
✅being healthy etc..
That is why it is important to angle your marketing towards the outcome your consumers want, your marketing will have greater success.
If your marketing aligns with what they want, you will get people coming to you, opting in, and freely handing over money regardless of what price point you charge.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM FEATURE BASED MARKETING, INSTEAD DO BENEFIT BASED MARKETING
