Some of our favourite work has come from rooms full of women 🤩

Women bringing the first idea, women asking the awkward question nobody else thought to ask, women spotting the tiny detail that changes the whole campaign, women saying, “This isn’t quite there yet,” and staying with it until it is 😌

That’s what working together REALLY looks like.

It’s not agreeing on everything or clapping for every idea because it sounds supportive, but it IS sharing what you know, making space for different perspectives and caring enough about the work to make it ✨better✨

A lot has changed on social media this year, but not in an in-your-face way. It isn’t a major new feature, not another app or “hack”...

It's the way people are using social media that has changed (hear us out)

People are searching on Instagram and TikTok before even thinking of Google, spending more time with creators and brands that feel real, and immediately scrolling past content that's technically “perfect” but says absolutely nothing meaningful 😗✌️

Does your feed ever feel a little different when you’re scrolling in the morning vs during lunch and before bed? You're not imagining it.

While the algorithm itself isn't constantly being rewritten, what YOU see is changing all the time.
It learns from your habits…

Maybe you watch news and educational content with your morning coffee, then switch to recipes, memes or travel reels after work. Your feed starts adapting to those patterns.

At the same time, millions of new posts are being uploaded throughout the day. So, during peak hours, there's simply more competition, so the algorithm becomes even more selective about what it puts in front of you 👀

That's why your feed can feel completely different from breakfast to bedtime.

It's a good reminder that social media is constantly changing and responding to what people are doing, posting and engaging with in real time. It’s also why we optimise our clients posts to go out at the time of day most likely to be viewed by their target audience 😌
