For the first time in the history of the internet, a majority of web browsing took place on mobile devices in 2021 Q1. This inflection should represent a change in the way we approach web design - it should be approached with the understanding that most people now experience internet browsing from the palm of their hands rather than from the vast screens of their PCs.

Don't fall into the trap of "desktop bias" - building websites that look impeccable on a high end computer screen, but are near unreadable on mobile devices.

As developers, most of our work is performed at our desktop computer, which causes us to be biased to this medium. We should, however, always keep in mind the way the end user experiences our websites and cater to these needs. After all, over 50% of global web traffic in 2021 Q1 took place on mobile devices.

The works are presented on a minimal canvas, each section flowing seamlessly into the next. Transitions are accomplished by smooth animations making for a captivating browsing experience.

This website from vitamin company BOOST uses a vitamin bottle as a vehicle to navigate you through the website. The animations are fresh and engaging, making for a seamless user experience. This was by far our favourite website of the week!

We recently learnt, with great sadness, about the permanent closure of Ticketpro Dome a valued client of ours. We have spent the last couple of months working very closely with the team to relaunch their website in preparation for the resurgence of the entertainment and performance industry. This news comes as a blow to all the remarkable people we have had the pleasure of working with, and to prospects for the entertainment industry as a whole.

Although we are disappointed with the news of the closure, we will not let our joint efforts over the past few months be in vain. We are proud to share with you a look at what would have been the revamped Ticketpro Dome website, the joint effort of our developers and the amazing Ticketpro Dome marketing team.
