ENVIRONMENTAL SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE MANAGEMENT MASTERCLASS TO BE HELD ON THE 11th to the

ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) this program aims to provide the importance of incorporating ESG considerations into their decision-making processes. The program covers a range of topics related to ESG, including environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate governance.
Hence, the training starts with an introduction to ESG, where participants learn about the history and evolution of ESG and its current state.
Participants are then introduced to the ESG landscape, including regulatory requirements and frameworks, and the importance of ESG in the investment industry.
Afterwards the training then dives into the three pillars of ESG: environmental, social, and governance considerations. The environmental component covers topics such as climate change, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, water scarcity management, and biodiversity. The social component covers topics such as labour rights, diversity, equity, and inclusion, supply chain management, and community engagement. The governance component covers topics such as board governance, executive compensation, anti-corruption, and shareholder activism.
Finally, the training focuses on integration and implementation, where participants learn how to integrate ESG considerations into their decision-making processes, communicate ESG performance to stakeholders, and report on ESG performance using recognized frameworks.
This course is recommended for individuals with any experience level and across department functions who currently have some ESG and Sustainability responsibilities or may anticipate such responsibilities in the future.
