There are days when your heart just feels full… and today is one of those days. If you know me. You will know anything and every about South Africa 🇿🇦 captures your heart.

Standing in Trafalgar Square on Mandela Day, surrounded by the music, laughter and unmistakable gees of South Africans, is something really special.

Hearing the incredible sounds of Zakes Bantwini, Jesse Clegg, Sjava, Msaki, Sun-El Musician, Thakzin, Beatenberg, Sipho Mchunu and Mi Casa in the heart of London reminds me that no matter where we are in the world, South Africa has a way of finding us.

The flags are waving, everyone is smiling, strangers are greeting each other like old friends.

My heart is happy today. Happy Mandela Day, South Africa. 🇿🇦❤️
