CTI is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) as a private higher education institution. Its programmes are accredited by the Higher Education Quality Committee (HEQC) of the Council on Higher Education (CHE) in South Africa and registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). The qualifications offered and supported by CTI, range across three faculties, namely: Faculty of Commerce, Faculty of Information Technology and Faculty of Law.
