Hello, Project Ethereum Members!
I hope you are all having a great weekend. I wanted to personally share a few things with you all as we are approaching Month 2. As we are finishing up our first month and organizing our growing teams, we want our members to have a true look inside their organizations, so we are currently working on full compression. We have already deployed the first stage of compression. As of last night, any member who funds now will jump a member who has not funded and take a higher, active position. The remaining stages of compression are being programmed in and will be deployed shortly. This will include the following: 1) Members who do not fund will slowly travel to the bottom of the tree so members who do fund can work with all active members on their teams. 2) All new members who sign up will walk through the tutorial-type funding process prior to being placed on the actual matrix. 3) Inactive members at the bottom of the tree will be purged out of the tree view so.
Retention Starting at Stage 2:
As the plan sits today, the first two payments received on every stage is sent up to a higher stage in order to upgrade a member to the following stage. I will discuss the compensation plan more thoroughly later on in this message. We will be making the following change to allow our members to keep money faster so they will have the ability to stay in longer and build a strong team. Here is the change: Stage 2: Instead of pushing the first two Stage 2 payments up 2 levels to upgrade a member to Stage 3, we will be allowing our members to keep the first Stage 2 payment and push up the 2nd and 3rd one. Our members will now keep the 1st and 4th Stage 2 payment as opposed to the 3rd and 4th payments.
The comp plan as of today:
Once a member receives their first level 1 payments, (one on each side), they move to Stage 2. At Stage 2, you need to have two active members (one on each side) underneath a Level 2 member in order to receive a Stage 2 payment. You must have two of these to upgrade to Stage 3. In the plan we have right now, this would mean the payment that the Level 2 member sends up to you to upgrade to Stage 2 would be sent to your up line as the first of the two payments you need to send up the line to upgrade to Stage 3. In our new plan, we are allowing ALL members to keep this first payment as a "Fast Start" bonus, monthly, so you will essentially have enough stored away to renew for two additional months, allowing you more time to build your organization without ever coming out of pocket again.
Important to remember:
You will be sending up the next two Level 2 payments to move to Stage 3, but you will be keeping the 4th payment for yourselves. Now to our compensation plan.
The Crowd Funding Matrix:
The absolute best way to maximize this matrix and pay plan in to build WIDE. I cannot stress this enough. The compressed view will help a lot so every member can see exactly where they need to build. This is NOT a binary that pays on a weaker leg. This plan pays out more than any plan I have ever seen, BUT you need to understand how to build it to maximize your earnings. Here is how it works: You sign up today for $90.00. ALL new sign-ups are being asked to start at $90.00. We are still pushing $60.00 up for now, but this will change back and stay at $90.00 very soon. Once you sign up, you secure your position. The FIRST thing you should do is focus on your top line. You will want to place two members, one on each side. PLEASE refrain from the temptation of placing your Mom or Dad, or Dog or Cat in these positions. Unless you are a dynamic builder, this is a terrible idea! You want your best builders as close to you and as high in your matrix as you can get them. This will enhance your ability to build a strong organization on both sides of your matrix. STAGE 1: You are automatically placed on Stage 1 as soon as you fund and activate. You accomplish this by funding and clicking on the "I Have Funded" link located in your back office. Once you are on Stage 1, this button will no longer be visible. It is solely to push your ETH up to your up line and activate you to Stage 1. You will no longer be in need of this link unless you do not renew the following month and you go inactive and need to reactivate. STAGE 2: You upgrade to Stage 2 AFTER you receive two Level 1 payments. You MUST Have an "active" member on both sides of your matrix to accomplish this. The compressed view will help every member with a very clean and precise view of their matrix. STAGE 3: You must receive 3 Stage 2 payments to be upgraded to Stage 3. REMEMBER we are now allowing you to keep your first Stage 2 payment. Before, you needed 2 Stage 2 payments to upgrade to Stage 3, ONCE we make this change, and we will let you all know once it is deployed, you will need 3 Stage 2 payments to upgrade to Stage 3. This means that you will need an active member on BOTH sides of an active Stage 2 member, per payment. This is why it is so important to build WIDE and not just deep. I personally would not ever sign anyone up unless they vow to bring in two people and I would preach that to the rooftops.
TIP:
Do not sign up members who will not work the program! If you were an employer, would you hire an employee who refuses to work? Use the same train of thought while building this. The more members you sign up that do not work, the more you have to work to make up for it. That is very important to remember. This is a business opportunity so treat it exactly like one. That is the best advice I can share with anyone. To get to STAGE 4: You will need to receive 3 Stage 3 payments, why not 2? Because Stage 4 jumps from $360.00 payments all the way to $900.00 payments. $360.00 X 2.5= $900.00. In order to receive a Stage 3 payment, you must have active members on Stages 4-6. Stage 6 members push the money up to pay for your Stage 3 payments. This is how we are able to pay our higher amounts per Stage. Otherwise, you would never receive more than $90.00 per Stage. You will keep half of the 1st Stage 3 payment, then you will use the next two Stage 3 payments to go to Stage 4. This is where compression will really help. I receive a lot of questions regarding this. Why do I have 1,000 members, but I have only received X amount? Two Reasons: 1) Many of your members may not be active (means they did not fund and activate) 2) This is the one we are really trying to emphasize. Your active members are deep but NOT wide. If you are pushing the first two payments per level up to upgrade to the next Stage, then you must build WIDE to see payments that you keep. Otherwise, you will just keep pushing the first two payments up and be at break even. Do not focus on building depth and volume on a lesser leg as you would in a binary plan; Instead focus on building wide first, deep second.
To go from Stage 4 to Stage 5:
You will need to have active members on your 9th level push payments up to your 4th level allowing your level 4 members to upgrade 4 levels by sending these payments to you. To get to Stages 5-8. Follow the same trajectory. I hope this more in-depth explanation of the comp plan helps everyone understand how it works. I have mentioned a few times that this is a business opportunity, which it is. It is also a forced matrix, as every link we have in the matrix is programmed to fill in left to right and top to bottom. This includes the corporate link. Once we start our marketing in August, that is how our matrix is going to fill. ALL new sign ups from corporate will be placed in the next available position, but do NOT wait for this. That is the best way to ensure failure. Standing around and waiting for someone else to do all of the work for you is the best recipe for failure an individual can come up with. If you want this to work for you, then work like you want it! We have leaders all over in this organization who are ready to assist you. Once we add in the next couple of features I will talk about, there will be no excuses for any member not find success in this program.

These features are also being worked on and we hope to deploy them sometime in August. This will allow any member of your team to communicate with their up line and down line alike. This a huge bene fit and should serve as an excellent feature to assist everyone in building their organizations. In closing, I would just like to thank everyone involved in Project Ethereum.
