Im often asked what 3D computer graphics is. Well, I've put together a very simple process graphic that will hopefully explain the concept. I'll also be posting samples of work that Ive done for clients over the years and their applications to illustrate further.

As a business, how often do you investigate the value of your services/products on your user/client/customer base? How often do you test with your users/clients/customers? How often do you take the feedback from your testing and use it to improve your services/products? This is User Experience design

In this day and age you cannot afford to avoid doing any of these things. Your users/clients/customers will change quickly if better services/products become available and you will lose out.

It baffles me sometimes that when there is an economic downturn, and businesses feel under pressure, the first thing they do is try to cut costs and invariably, it's the marketing budget that gets tanked. It's completely counter-intuitive. It's like shooting yourself in both feet before running a competitive race. Surely, when the “customer pot” starts shrinking, a company needs to do even more to get as much of the shrinking market as possible. I guess it's all about who gets noticed and you can't get noticed if you switch your lights off.
