But the reality is you can’t ignore platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube or any other new contender that comes out and gains traction. These social sites command so much traffic, that we have no choice but to be on them. Combined they get an estimated 50 billion visits a month. That’s ridiculous!

In other words, whether you like their algorithm tweaks or not, you have no choice but to be on these platforms as they attract so many eyeballs.

There are many factors which affect how long it takes to make a website. These include:

1) How long or complex the website is. An online shop with 100 products will take far longer than a single page website with minimal information.

2) Do you have all the information you require for your website? Do you have the content for your website ready, or will we need to write it for you?

3) How many people will be involved in the process? The more people involved, the longer it will take and the more likely it will be that your project scope and budget will need revision. Why is this? Simple – more people mean more opinions and more time spent on the website.

4) How long the feedback process is. If we’re working with decisive key people, we can turn the website around in a tighter time-frame. But if there are delays on feedback, then the website launch date is delayed.

On average most of our standard 1 to 10 pages website take about 2 weeks. For ecommerce site we an average of 26 days. All these time estimates excludes waiting for client feedback.
