Position: Industrial Relations Manager
Location: Ormonde – Johannesburg
Terms and conditions:
· Remuneration: R 18 000.00 per month
· Fixed term contract to Permanent
Role and Responsibilities (not limited too):
· Issuing of warnings as per request and disciplinary policy
· Maintain and up keeping of IR records on dropbox
· Issuing notices to attend disciplinary hearings
· Investigating any disciplinary issues
· Preparing evidence packs for disciplinary hearings
· Conducting prep sessions with line managers before disciplinary hearings
· Representing the Company in disciplinary hearings
· Drawing up and updating Company policies and procedures
· Managing all CCMA cases
· Facilitating MSAs
· Managing settlement agreements
· Conducting counselling sessions
· Managing of audits done by the Department of Labour
· Keeping up to date with all Labour and Employment Acts
· Managing of Grievances
· General administration
Educational / Skills / Experience:
· Grade 12;
· Diploma in industrial relations;
· Previous experience;
· Have excellent command of English and other South African languages;
· Computer Literate (MS Office);
Other requirements:
· Be responsible for quality of work;
· Be able to meet scheduled deadlines;
· Be able to work under pressure.

Position: Payroll/Finance Supervisor
Location: Ormonde – Johannesburg
Terms and conditions:
· Remuneration: R 18 000.00 per month
· ± 5 months temporary position
Role and Responsibilities – Full Function Payroll (not limited too):
· Oversee employee payroll accounting, transactions and reporting activities;
· Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately;
· Maintain employee payroll records up-to-date and accurate;
· Prepare employee salary summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leaves, benefits, etc;
· Address payroll related queries and requests from employees;
· Analyse payroll problems and provide appropriate resolutions;
· Coordinate with HR teams to carry out payroll processing;
· Have an understanding of and be able to process all statutory requirements;
· Employee leave management;
· Manage monthly recons and invoices;
· Ensure data accuracy for newly on boarded / terminated employees.
Educational / Skills / Experience:
· Grade 12;
· Diploma in Payroll Management;
· Previous experience on Psiber Payroll is preferable but not a requirement;
· Have excellent command of English both written and oral;
· Computer Literate (MS Office);
Other requirements:
· Be responsible for quality of work;
· Be able to meet scheduled deadlines;
· Be able to work under pressure.
