Where does a great customer experience actually begin?

For a company like FedEx, it’s not at the point of delivery.
Sometimes it begins with something as simple as how a package is packed.
The brief:
- Develop a multi-phase customer education series to help customers across the MEISA region prepare different types of shipments correctly.
What we created:
- Instructional videos for the FedEx website covering most products including artwork, clothing, musical instruments, liquids and more.
We loved it because:
- From scripting and story-boarding to animation, it let us get stuck into every stage of the process while solving a genuine customer challenge.

Can a catalogue still make you stop and look?

We'd argue yes.

For LG, the challenge wasn't simply to design and print a 2025 monitor catalogue. It was to create something that immersed customers in the possibilities of the UltraGear, UltraWide, UltraFine and Essential ranges.

From copy writing and design to print production, we crafted a catalogue that balanced product specifications with the stories behind the technology.

We loved this one because there's something timeless about seeing months of work come together in print. Holding the finished catalogue in our hands really reminded us that some creative experiences never lose their magic.

What happens when a brand speaks to customers where they are?

More and more, we're seeing brands embrace WhatsApp as a marketing channel. Perhaps this is owed to the understanding that the best messages reach audiences where they naturally spend their time.

That's exactly what this project was about.

We created a WhatsApp video for Standard Bank's youth segment, designed to deliver a simple, engaging message in a format that felt familiar and accessible.

The design team loved this one because it was short, sweet, and all about balancing the trusted Standard Bank brand with the vibrant energy of their partner, Bounce.
