Insoxial is best known to delivering memorable event experiences and that was the case with PRONET.

The 11th edition of the Professional Networking (PRONET) was truly a remarkable gathering of professionals, thought leaders, and industry voices.

Hosted by Lindiwe Sangweni-Siddo and featuring guest speaker Dr Mothomang Diaho, the conversation explored a timely and important topic:
“On the Edge – The Burnout Crisis Reshaping How We Work.”

As Insoxial Africa, we were proud to come on board as an official partner, contributing our expertise to help deliver a memorable and well-documented event experience.

Our team captured the energy, conversations, and moments that defined the day, providing professional event imagery and setting up a podcast studio experience for a live recorded session during the forum.

Moments like these remind us that events are more than gatherings — they are platforms for meaningful dialogue.

A big thank you to the PRONET team and partners for trusting us to help bring this experience to life.

More highlights from the event coming soon.

Day 2 at Meetings Africa 2026 featured our Co-Director Kagiso Emmanuel Ngwenya as a Boma Talk’s masterclass speaker!

He shared a masterclass on: Authentic Storytelling for Global Audiences: a Business Events Perspective.

We are proudly represented and can’t wait to share our rich insights to your business or organisations advantage.

Insoxial is not just driven by creativity, we are moulded by insights and a great determination for a renewed success.

Kagiso did not only represent Insoxial as a brand, but a refined perspective for Africa’s benefit. He isn’t just talking; he’s flipping the script on Africa’s narrative in global business events.

If you want ideas that don’t just sit on slides but ignite action, this is where you need to be. Personally? Missing this is like skipping the plot twist in your own career story.

We are the face of youth‑powered workforce for tourism and business events in Africa.

A massive thanks to SANCB for the platform but most importantly partners and fellow impact makers Luckson Zambuko, Prince Matlakala, Nosibusiso (Nosii) Maseko, Elvis Molefi Molf, Rhandzu Karabo Shishaba, Fulufhelo Emre Tharaga

What happens when you ask a room full of event professionals who is truly committed to green events… and only a few hands go up?
That was the reality John faced today during his BONDay Power Session at Meetings Africa, titled “FROM PLEDGE TO PATHWAY: BUILDING NET ZERO CREDIBILITY IN AFRICAN MICE.”

You realise the work is only just beginning.
Today was not about applause. It was about accountability.
As Chairperson of the Event Greening Forum, John used the platform to challenge the industry to move beyond sustainability pledges and into measurable, practical implementation.

To interrogate whether we are truly embedding sustainability across the full event lifecycle, from procurement and design to delivery and legacy.

Because credibility matters.

Africa cannot afford to speak the language of Net Zero without building the pathway to support it. Sustainability is no longer a “nice to have” or a marketing narrative. It is a commercial, reputational and competitive imperative for our MICE sector.

Yes, only a few hands went up.

But what mattered most were the engagements afterwards. The organisers, venues and suppliers who leaned into the discomfort, who asked how, who wanted to understand what implementation really looks like. That is where industry change begins.

We are at a defining moment for African business events.
We can either follow global sustainability trends or we can lead them with integrity.
