I'm going to start one of my pet projects for skills development. I'm thinking of building an open source platform like soundcloud/youtube for local south african artists/producers/dj's ect to upload their stuff and create profiles ect. Would there be any interest from local folks in the industry for such an application? I've had only a few requests from friends in the music industry so casting the net a bit wider for feel. Maybe there is somehting out there I could not find on google?

The Idea is to have a central repo for all your creative uploads. Like github for us geeks. So it will allow Audio & Video uploads with streaming functionality so people can go on and listen to your uploads.Not everyone has an apple so a more centralized local store/repo might be good for local South Africans.

It has been a busy few months at Web Animation and we are just loving it!!

Below are the 3 major projects/applications that we are currently developing:

- GiveaRating.com - Public Users will vote for bars on 4 different categories i.e. Specials, Services, Music and Atmosphere. This will help Bars, Clubs, Pubs etc, to connect with customers and improve their services if need too. Launch Date 01 June 2016.

- EasyMoto.co.za (www.easymoto.co.za) - Public Users will be able to browse for vehicles online quick and easy without the worry of being scammed. Our target market are dealerships and we offer them the best monthly fee in the Online Motor Advertising Industry which will give our clients peace of mind when it comes to their vehicles being sold. Launch Date for Public 01 July 2016.

- The Nimble Teacher App (Android and iOS) - This allows teachers to manage their class schedules, students, assessments, reports etc online. This is however being built for our client in America and this will only work on their platform (Not Available in SA).

Apologies for not posting in such a long time, work has kept me busy. That's a good thing so no complaints.

3 Big Applications have been in the Pipe.

1 X GiveaRating.com (Users will vote for bars on 4 dimensions , specials, service, music and atmosphere. This will help bars get it right and better connect with their customers. (Launch May 2016)

1 X EasyMoto.co.za (Users will be able to browse for vehicles online without the worry of being scammed, EasyMoto is somewhat like Autotrader except no end user ads will be allowed only dealerships ads. (Launch May 2016)

1 X The Nimble Teacher App (Andriod and iOS)
The will allow teachers manage their classes from the app. Handle assessments, reports ect all online. (Launch May 2016)
