Many experienced professionals are asked to train others simply because they are good at what they do.

That is where things often go wrong.

My latest article explores why subject matter expertise does not automatically translate into effective training and why so many well-intended internal and client training sessions fail to change behaviour in practice.

Training is not about explaining your job.
It is about designing learning that people can apply independently, confidently, and consistently.

You’re an experienced digital marketer. You know strategy, ex*****on, business value, and real results.
But, the market is desperate for quality digital marketing trainers, not presenters, not content broadcasters, not influencers, but skilled facilitators who can actually transfer capability.
Most current training courses focus on teaching marketing skills, not training people to become trainers.

And that gap means:
Teams learn tactics, not mastery
Sessions become presentations, not learning experiences
Trainers lack design and facilitation skills
