Customer acquisition isn’t always a straightforward funnel.
Here’s why:
➡️ Some leads are ready to buy right away.
➡️ Some leads won’t buy, no matter what you offer.
➡️ Most are “later” buyers who respond to consistent value over time.
Pressuring everyone with constant discounts or urgency? That can push people away.
But if you stay silent? You’ll lose attention and customer to competitors.
The secret is smart segmentation and timely outreach. Every month or week, try sending a re-engagement message like:
“Looking for 3 people ready to [get X result] in 30 days. Interested? Reply with ‘Tell me more.’”
This helps you identify your “ready now” buyers without overwhelming the rest.
✅ Don’t treat your entire audience as if they’re all in the same place.
✅ Focus on giving the right message, at the right stage, at the right time.
Remember this, at any given time, only 3–6% of your audience is ready to buy.
Your job is to find them — without pushing away the rest.
