Over the past year, we have been evolving our business to better reflect the work we do and the value we bring to organisations navigating complex communication, strategy, and stakeholder environments.

Today, we introduce the

The Group brings together three specialised areas of expertise under one integrated structure:

This evolution has been a year in the making, and we will be sharing more about the Group, our work, and the thinking behind our approach over the coming months.

We looked at how far AI came in 2025 and how it stopped being just a clever assistant and started becoming a real thinking partner. Weโ€™ve spoken about what 2026 could look like, with AI agents doing more of the behind-the-scenes work in businesses and teams needing to decide what should stay human. We didnโ€™t shy away from the harder conversations either. Geoffrey Hintonโ€™s warning in the Diary of a CEO podcast reminded us that AI has a very real shadow side like job displacement, misuse, and the risk of building systems we canโ€™t fully control, which is why responsible use isnโ€™t optional.

We also shared how we actually use AI to speed up design edits, help with meeting notes, generate ideas and build tools like Sharedul. Not to replace our thinking, but to make space for it. We spoke about the pros like efficiency, accuracy, better decision-making, but we kept coming back to the same anchor: people first, tech as the tool.

Thatโ€™s the balance weโ€™re committed to. Build smarter. Stay human-centred. Keep the heart in the work.

๐Ÿ‘‰ If AI keeps getting better at the doing, how will we, as humans, keep getting better at the being?

Last year AI models got smarter, they started feeling more useful in real-world work. What stood out was how many models started showing their work. Instead of giving a quick reply, AI could explore options, test different paths, and then present the strongest one. That kind of reasoning made AI far more helpful for strategy, content planning, product thinking, and problem solving.

Then there was the other big leapโ€ฆ AI left the screen.

The launch of Neo, the humanoid robot built to work in real homes, was a clear sign of where this is all going. Itโ€™s AI that doesnโ€™t just chat, it moves, it does tasks, it learns in context. Thatโ€™s AI stepping into human spaces, doing the kind of everyday work that frees people up for deeper, more creative work. Itโ€™s a glimpse of AI as an assistant, not a replacement.

2025 proved that AI is at its best when humans are still in the loop. We use AI to generate ideas, but humans still decide whatโ€™s on-brand.

AI has leveled up. It can reason better, create faster, and now even operate in physical spaces but it still does its best work when it works with people.

What are your thoughts on the developments last year?

Over the past year weโ€™ve really found our rhythm with AI. We still lead with strategy, brand thinking, and human insight, but AI has become a really useful assistant in the day-to-day. When weโ€™re working on design and need something small changed quickly, like removing an object from an image or cleaning up a visual, AI helps us do that in minutes. If we need to add a background or create a setting that matches the brand look and feel, AI helps us get there faster without waiting for a full shoot.

We also use AI to assist with meeting notes so that the team can focus on the conversation while still having a clear summary to work from afterwards.

When weโ€™re exploring a topic or looking for new ways to frame something, AI helps us generate options but we always edit, humanise, and align it with the brand.

AI has aided our work in real, practical ways!

When we talk about AI, we donโ€™t view it as a threat. We talk about it like itโ€™s a tool that, when used well, helps people do their best work.

Hereโ€™s what weโ€™ve seen as the real wins of AI:
- It gives us back time.
- It works while we sleep.
- It helps us make better decisions.
- It makes work safer and more accessible.

AI can make things faster, safer, smarter and more relevant, but the heart, tone, ethics and intention, that still comes from us!

๐Ÿค–We donโ€™t hand over the wheel to AI, we use it to make the ride smoother. As an efficiency tool, we use it to enhance our work, not do it for us. Keeping the human element in our work matters to us.

Responsible AI means using it in a HumAIn way.

As a team that actually uses AI every day and loves talking about it, we also think itโ€™s important to talk about the parts that arenโ€™t shiny. Weโ€™re big fans of The Diary of a CEO podcast and when Geoffrey Hinton, also known as the Godfather of AI, sat down with Steven Bartlett to talk about the dangers of the very tech he helped build, we listened.

He spoke about how AI wonโ€™t just create new opportunities, it could also replace a lot of routine, intellectual work. Human centered work has always been important to us, and falling to this dark side wonโ€™t be the case for us! He also mentioned AI systems could become smarter and more creative than us which is worrysome, but for us the need for creativity and creating is the fire that keeps us going. Itโ€™s important for not only us, but for our clients as well.

In 2026, the real flex wonโ€™t be โ€˜we use AIโ€™. It will be that we use AI responsibly. The Hum๐—”๐—œn approach will always be the best approach, keeping the human first.

08/01/2026

๐Ÿš€ In 2026, weโ€™re going to see a shift from AI as a productivity tool to AI as an active co-worker. We embrace AI as a whole and are excited by the advancement in technology, however, the human element is something we believe in, our approach is the humAIn approach.Even with all the progress, AI still doesnโ€™t fix culture. A 2025 study showed that teams used AI to speed up individual tasks, but it didnโ€™t magically solve collaboration, clarity, or communication. Thatโ€™s still human work and that proves our approach right. What AI has done is set a new standard to work faster, be more transparent, and use AI responsibly. In 2026, that expectation will grow.

2026 is not the year AI takes over. Itโ€™s the year AI becomes part of the team and the teams who win will be the ones who know how to blend both, just like we do.

Our work starts with humans, the clients we partner with, the audiences we speak to, and the team that brings it all to life.

Thatโ€™s why we use AI and tech as support, not as the main act. They help us work faster, stay consistent, and create better experiences. A good example of that is , the social media management tool we built to make it easier for brands to show up online with clarity and intention. The tech is smart, but the heart behind it is human.

We use the HumAIn Approach!

In the world of creative strategy and tech, challenges arenโ€™t roadblocks, theyโ€™re invitations to evolve. ๐Ÿš€

Weโ€™ve faced our fair share of curveballs this year but each one taught us something. They pushed us to collaborate deeper, think sharper, and show up stronger for our clients.

We grow through the problems we face because every challenge is a chance to level up!
