👏🏾 Thank You, Mayor David Coltart ! 👏🏾
As Bulawayo My City Page, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Mayor David Coltart for his dedication, passion, and tireless efforts in serving the people of Bulawayo.
Since taking office in 2023, Mayor Coltart has been a visible and active advocate for our city, constantly pushing for improved service delivery, cleaner streets, better roads, investment opportunities, and the revival of Bulawayo's image as Zimbabwe's most beautiful and best-run city.
Under his leadership, we have seen stronger efforts towards city clean-up campaigns, urban renewal projects, rehabilitation of landmarks such as the City Hall fountain, and the acquisition of road maintenance equipment to help tackle our pothole challenges.
We also appreciate his commitment to transparency, accountability, and constantly engaging residents about the challenges facing our city, particularly water shortages and infrastructure development. Instead of pretending problems don't exist, he speaks openly about them and works towards solutions.
Mayor Coltart, thank you for reminding us that Bulawayo deserves better and can be better.
And yes, we know you haven't yet performed the miracle of making potholes disappear overnight—otherwise we'd already be nominating you for "Engineer of the Year!" 😄 But we see the effort, the commitment, and the love you have for our city.
Bulawayo is not perfect, but it is moving, improving, and dreaming again.
