πΏ 1. Understanding the Ranks
π₯In our business, your growth is measured by your rank.
Each rank represents your business level β the higher you go, the more you earn in commissions, bonuses, salaries, and incentives.
Everyone starts as a Newbie, and as your team and sales grow, you move up through these ranks:
Team Builder
Team Leader
Supervisor
Manager
Senior Manager

π° 2. Team Sales & Personal Sales
To qualify for each rank, there are two types of sales we focus on:

Team Sales: This is the total sales from you and your team.

Personal Sales: This is what you personally sell every month to maintain your position.
For example:
To become a Team Builder, your team needs sales of R6,000, and you maintain your business with just R650.
As you grow to Manager, your team sales reach R60,000, and your personal sales increase to R2,600.

You donβt just earn from your own sales β you also earn commissions from your team, up to 7 levels deepπ°π₯π₯π₯
Hereβs how it works:
Level 1: You earn 20% from your direct partners.
Level 2: You earn 10% from your second level.
Level 3: You earn 8%
Level 4: You earn 5%
Level 5: You earn 2%
Level 6: You earn 1%
Level 7: You earn 0.5β1%
This means that as your team grows and your levels expand, youβre earning from every layer β thatβs residual income at its best

βIf one person on your first level sells R1,000 worth of product, you get R200. If their person sells, you still get paid β even if you didnβt make the sale yourself.
