Bench numbers are one thing… but what about actually carrying, handling, moving, aiming, and using the rifle in real-world conditions?
The 700mm may have the reach, but the 600mm might be the easier rifle to live with.

Thermal finds it, but can you ID it?
We’re busy testing the DNT ThermNight TNC335R properly this week.
The interesting part is not just that it has thermal and night vision in one unit — the real question is whether that actually helps in the field.
Thermal is brilliant for finding heat.
But night vision is what helps you confirm what you are looking at.
So the big question for Sunday’s review:
Is thermal + night vision in one scope a real advantage, or just a cool gimmick?

Bench groups are one thing.
Carrying it, aiming it, swinging it, shooting from a tripod, and using it in a hunting-style setup is another.

The 700 looks like the serious long-range option…
but the 600 might have a few tricks of its own.
