We would like to thank The Natural Beauty Squad for giving us the responsibility to handle their PR for the event. The movement started by the founders is one that has been a long time coming.

How do we extend our Gratitude!

On 22 October 2022, The Natural Beauty Squad succeeded in hosting its first Spring Natural Hair and Beauty Festival in Gqerbha, which marked a day in history for us!

Normally, we have these Festivals in Cape Town and we decided to take it National and the support was above our expectations.
On Behalf of The Natural Beauty Squad, we would like to extend a warm thank you to each and every participant who purchased a ticket and for helping us make this ONE SPECTACULAR EVENT! Definitely one for the books.

We would like to thank each and every vendor, DJ, Photographers, Madlala Public Relations and Mpuma Kapa TV for covering the event.

This festival focused on the expression of naturally-haired individuals, male and female alike, giving them permission to lose their inhibitions and letting go of that which curbs them from being themselves in society. An arena where freedom of expression is not frowned upon, but celebrated. Where taking up space is a requirement. Where crowns are adorned with pride!

Next Year, we will go bigger & better!
