There is most certainly no environment that is free from trauma and blockages which can impinge on your being.
Pulling back from time to time is such a necessity even if you have to schedule it
I will be hosting a morning of respite once a month to help you slow down.An opportunity to step away from the stresses and demands of life and restore some calmness in your body and mind.

Join me at my home as we gather in circle. I will do a brief tutorial to help expand your spiritual knowledge, followed by a mindfulness short walk on the land of Riverglades.Once we have grounded ourselves from the peaceful walk in nature,I will guide you through a yoga nidra meditation for some much needed deep rest, combined with an aura cleanse.
Concluding with a nourishing light lunch and inspirational reading.
