Call Center Agents and Consultants Are Needed Urgently For Jobs( Inbound/ Customer service).
Candidates are Expected to be Confident and able to work under Pressure with good Communication skills and in position to work well in a team.
Qualification- Grade 10,11,12 or equivalent
Roles will include the following.
• Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner
• Identifying customer needs
• Researching customer problems
• Providing the right solutions to customers
• Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call center database
• And meeting targets in terms of quality of conversations
