A brand built for strength without shouting about it.

Introducing Ludus Boutique Gym: a refined identity where old-world sporting heritage meets a softer, more considered approach to modern wellness.

The creative direction moves away from the visual language we typically associate with gyms, harsh blacks, bold typography and high-intensity imagery and instead creates something that feels elevated, established and quietly powerful.

A gym brand that feels less like somewhere you simply go to train, and more like a ritual you choose to return to.

This is Range Road 21 - refreshed🤎

A brand rooted in ranch life, craftsmanship and the kind of stories that can’t be manufactured.

For this project, the goal was never to make Range Road 21 feel like something new. It was about taking everything that already made the brand so special and giving it a stronger, more intentional visual home.

We refined the existing identity, expanded the brand world with custom supporting graphics and heritage-inspired details, and completely refreshed the Shopify website to create an experience that feels warm, hardworking and unmistakably Range Road 21.

From handcrafted leather and life on the ranch to Squirrel Mail, homegrown beef and everything in between, there are so many layers to this business and the new identity needed to bring them together without losing the personality behind it.

The result? A brand and digital experience that feels established yet personal, beautifully considered without feeling overly polished, and deeply connected to where it all began.

A little more about the person behind the brands 👋🏼

I’m Genna - brand strategist, designer, strong-coffee drinker, chronic house-plant collector, stationery enthusiast, girl mom and a creative with a very deep love for the bushveld.

But when you work with Studio Krea-tief, you’re not handing your business over to a faceless agency - you’re working directly with me!

I’m the person reading your discovery questionnaire, digging into what makes your business different, building the strategy, obsessing over the typography, refining the tiny details and making sure the final brand actually feels like you, while positioning you for where you want to go next.

Because I believe the best brands are built through understanding first, and beautiful design second.

A little late, but August deserves its moment 🤎

A month of beautiful brand work, new creative directions, experimenting with textures and patterns, sunny days with my girls, a much-needed spring clean…and a few personal realisations along the way.

August reminded me that comfortable isn’t always the same as aligned. Sometimes growth looks less like doing more and more like becoming intentional about what you keep doing.

Welcome the new online home for Buhala Lodge ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“This enchanting family-run lodge is the perfect location to escape your busy everyday life and enjoy all the African bush has to offer. With a focus on providing the ultimate ﬁve star wildlife experience while ensuring all the comforts of home.”

This project was a joy to work on and had me dreaming of sipping sundowners whilst overlooking the beautiful African landscape!

A brand with so much heart deserved an identity that finally felt like it 🕯️🤎

Salt + Light Co. had grown organically over the years, but its DIY beginnings had left the brand feeling inconsistent and no longer reflective of the beautiful business it had become.

The goal of this refresh wasn’t to reinvent it, it was to bring everything together and create a cohesive identity.

We refined the identity into a warm, nostalgic and character-filled brand world, using handcrafted typography, illustrations, patterns and thoughtful details to celebrate what makes Salt + Light Co. different: creativity, craftsmanship and finding beauty in the everyday moments.

Same heart with a much clearer story✨
