Tomorrow (Thursday) is pie day at BROOD! Thursdays to Saturday we have Heidi’s pies available at BROOD. Steak and chicken pies, made in small batches by Heidi. She also have a stall at the Hermanus Country Market. Her pies are great, home made pastry, well flavoured chicken and steak pies. Ideal for a lunch or breakfast on the run, to eat at our bakery or to take home for dinner tonight.

We have seen lately that our traditional sourdough ouma loaves have been selling better than before so we decided that we are going to make small traditional white sourdough loaves in small bread pans, same size as our small white loaves. Please pop in and let us know what you think!
