Life is like a soccer match. It is not over until the last whistle is blown. A soccer match initially ends after 90 minutes but there is stoppage time that is added, "injury time" is what we call it. During injury time anything is possible, any team might score and win the game.

Cup matches may go as far as extra time. 30 minutes are added on top of 90 already played resulting to 120 minutes all in all. If no team has not yet scored enough goals to decide the match, the game goes to penalties.

To my brothers and sisters who are currently feeling down and going through hell, don't quit. The game is still on. You might be on your first 90 minutes, injury time, extra time or even on penalties. Fight until your soul leaves your body. That's when the final whistle is blown.

Expectations and Reality don't always go hand in hand.

When you are a good person, expectations to your deeds are good but that may not be the reality you're served with.

Let me stop speaking in riddles. When you help people, hopeful outcomes are 'the world will be good to me but reality is no one asked you to be nice. We know good people who have been served with plate full of sh*t though they try with all their might to make the world a better place.

Expectations hurt and justice is not served as the reality hits different. In what you give, expect nothing but be at peace with reality.

Even when writing an exam, the results will not be what you expect. Either you did good or bad.

Just like friendship. You expect your friend to be loyal but reality is, that suckapunch might be the one holding the knife to stab you in the back. You may expect your family to help you triumph but reality may be that they will only gather money for your funeral.

I could go on and on but let's breath a bit.

"A New Day" P2.

A new day means new opportunities for others. We continue from our pause - is the moto. No one said it's supposed to be easy type.

Challenges are there to strengthen us and test our will kinda mentality. Some believe a new day is better than the last. If I couldn't reach the target yesterday, today is a better opportunity.

Some people just never give in due to circumstances not in their favour. Feel the pain but choose not to drown in it. People who say, "Long as I am alive, I am capable.

A New Day P1 of 2.

A "New Day" has a different meaning to all of us.

To some, it's same old hell and same old demons. Living with no purpose nor importance with a moto that reads - It is what it is.

A new day to some is the reality to that we live in a country of limited possibilities. The system that works in favour for the chosen ones. Equality has been a myth with oppression changing hands from racist regime to greedy politicians.

What new day if the employment rate is the same or worse? What new day if our businesses don't survive and our CV's don't make it to HR offices?
