Not sure if you heard, but Facebook just announced recently they are removing 4 more key targeting options later this month.

As of January 19th, you'll no longer be able to target ads based on:

- Health causes

- Sexual orientation

- Religious practices and groups

- Political beliefs

This is coming from further pressure on the social media giant to scale back on advertiser targeting settings.

Plus, as Google moves forward with its Privacy Sandbox initiatives this year, targeting is going to continue to get more elusive as more privacy settings reduce 3rd party tracking and cookies.

So what is the strategy to make sure that your ads get noticed, clicked, and consumed in a post-privacy world?

A secret I never thought I would share, but I would.

The new economy sales and marketing. A thread

The world doesn't care if you are ready for the constant change in technology advancement and Innovation.
You've got that great business idea (product or service) that is highly competitive or new. Your best bet to getting it to people's faces(marketing)and selling it (sales).
Is to use social media as an advantage. The best you can use right now is tiktok (because you can build your influence organically very fast if you are consistent and the engagement there is very high). People find it easier and appealing to share tiktok videos they best resonate with.
Build a community around your product, people want to be a part of something, people want to belong (This is psychologically proven by experts). I personally wouldn't want to be left out on the latest trend.
Tell a story about. your business.
.Hire a good copywriter to help write your product copies be it landing pages, product description, emails, web page social media post and Ad, story etc.

Also one that can help you bring out your brand voice, a well clarified message to your audience.

Confused customers don't buy.

It's up to you to choose organic or paid advertising leads.

Set up your 2022 business plans.

Technology might have changed but human feelings hasn't. Up your business game my friend.

Your competitors are also not sleeping, they are also evolving.

Don't get shy or scared to let your business voice be heard, you can hire a marketer or direct response copywriter to help you come up with ideas on how to adapt in this New economy.

Information gets outdated faster today, than any other time in history.

Nobody deserves to be left behind in information and innovation.
