I basically wrote the equivalent of 1,785 books.. just talking to an AI.. building systems for my business..

Here's the crazy part..

4 years ago I was a guy in a small office in South Africa.. posting TikTok and Insta videos about ChatGPT.. just trying to help local business owners understand this thing..

Those videos went viral.. 10 million+ views..

And I could've stopped right there.. become "the AI guy" who TALKS about AI..

But talking was never the goal for me..

BUILDING was..

So while everyone was posting screenshots of clever prompts.. I went deeper..

Peak hour 3PM.. day after day.. head down in Claude Code.. building Command Centers.. building Agency OS.. building the actual systems that run real businesses..

Not theory..
Not "here's a cool prompt"..
REAL systems.. that REAL clients use to close REAL deals..

And here's what nobody tells you about this journey..

The viral videos? Everyone sees those..
The 69 million tokens of work behind the scenes? Nobody sees that..

The late nights..
The broken builds..
The "let me try this ONE more time" at 1am..
The streaks I kept.. and the streaks I broke..

THAT is where the magic actually happens..

Because anyone can talk about AI..
Very few will sit down and put in 80 days of actual reps..

I'm sitting here looking at these numbers and I just feel GRATEFUL..

Grateful that I get to do what sets my soul on fire as my actual JOB..
Grateful that God put this passion in me..
Grateful that a guy from South Africa gets to build at this level..

So if you're "thinking about getting into AI".. please.. stop thinking..

Open the tool..
Make the mistakes..
Build the ugly first version..
Then build it again..

The people winning right now aren't the smartest..
They're the ones putting in the reps while everyone else watches tutorials..

Selling AI services falls apart the moment a client says “ChatGPT does this for $20.”

If you run an agency, you know the feeling.

You give your price. They open a $20 tool. Silence.

Here is the thing. Defend your price and you lose. Bash ChatGPT and you look scared.

So do neither. You do not sell the tool. You sell the system around the tool.

How to respond when a client compares you to ChatGPT:

1. Agree the tool is cheap. Do not argue it.
2. Split the tool from the system. “ChatGPT writes one post. I run the whole strategy.”
3. Name the work: the brand voice, the testing, the reporting, and the rebuild when the algorithm shifts.
4. Anchor it. The tool is $20. The system is $2,000. You pay me to make the tool useful.

Now here is what most agency owners miss about selling AI services.

If a $20 tool can replace your offer, the client is not the problem. The offer is.

So rebuild the offer before your next call.

Q: How do you sell AI services when the tool is only $20?
A: You sell the strategy, the testing, and the result around the tool, never the tool itself.

This is how selling AI services works in 2026. The owners who win sell systems, not subscriptions.

Meta released a "free" AI last week that you are legally not allowed to make money with.

Most people missed the catch.

It is called Meta TRIBE v2, a model that predicts brain activity from images, video, audio, and text. Genuinely impressive. But it ships under a non-commercial license (CC BY-NC), which means you can study it, not sell with it.

Here is the trap: "free to download" is not "free to use commercially." Two different things. Most people see "free AI model" and never check.

Quick rule for any free model in 2026:
- Find the license on the model page.
- Search for "commercial use." NC means no revenue use.
- Default to Apache 2.0 or MIT when a business depends on it.
- Two minutes saves you from building on something you cannot legally keep.

ChatGPT is making you lose work and you don’t even know it.

You had a great chat two months ago. Try to find it now. Almost impossible. Ask ChatGPT where you left off, and it can’t tell you. Its memory is too shallow.

So what do I use instead?

Claude Code.

I know it sounds like a developer tool. I am not a coder. I run my entire business on Claude Code, because Claude Code remembers per project.

One project on my machine is my full business operating system. It knows me, my offers, my clients, my voice, my history. When I open it, Claude Code picks up exactly where I left off.

How do I set up Claude Code in 2026?

Step 1: Go to claude.com/download.
Step 2: Install the Claude desktop app on macOS or Windows.
Step 3: Sign in with your paid Claude account.
Step 4: Set up a local folder to work in. That folder is your project.
Step 5: Start working. Claude Code remembers everything inside that folder.

That is the whole setup.

How to build a free website with AI in 2026. Full workflow. One tool. Under 30 minutes.

I just built a complete site for a Miami dentist with one AI tool called Manus. Real copy. Real design. Custom images. Live hosting. Zero dollars.

So how does this actually work?

Step 1. Sign up for a free Manus account. Heads up. You won’t see a “free” plan on the signup page. That trips most people up. Just hit Skip. Your free account is now live.

Step 2. Open my 8-page prompt. It does the writing, the design direction, the page structure. You fill in 4 fields. Business name. Goal. Site structure. Design style.

Step 3. Paste the prompt into Manus.
Step 4. Manus comes back with a full feature plan. It generates custom images using GPT Image 2 on its own. Not stock photos.
Step 5. Skip the Max upgrade popup. Click “Try Lite anyway.” You get 10 dollars of free cloud hosting every month. More than enough for a small site.

Step 6. Hit publish. Site is live.

Why does this matter? Five years ago this build would cost you thousands of dollars and three weeks. A designer, a copywriter, a developer. Today. Free account. One prompt. 30 minutes.

You shipped an AI-built site in the last video. Hosting sorted, custom domain connected. Here’s what no one tells you about week two.

Week two is when reality hits.

A site without version backups is one bad model edit away from gone. A site without a database is a brochure pretending to be software.

Both problems have the same fix: two more CLIs, both free, both run inside Claude Code or Codex.

First, version backups via GitHub.

Install the GitHub CLI inside Claude Code or Codex. Push the whole site to a private GitHub repo. Every change is versioned forever. Restore any state in seconds. Bonus: you can move the same site between Codex and Claude Code without rebuilding from scratch. You’re not locked to one tool.

Second, a real database via Cloudflare D1.

Use the same Cloudflare CLI you used in the last video. Tell it to add a Cloudflare D1 database. D1 is Cloudflare’s serverless SQL database. Sits next to your Pages project on the same edge. Free tier covers most founder sites. Every contact form, signup, and saved record now has somewhere real to live.

To be clear on “free”: hosting, backups, and the database are free. The custom domain itself isn’t free. You’d pay for a domain anywhere. The difference is Cloudflare doesn’t surcharge you for connecting your own domain on the free tier.

I deployed an AI-built website for free on Cloudflare Pages. No credit card. Three steps. Here’s the exact flow.

The problem first.

Claude Code and Codex make building a website almost embarrassingly easy. The bottleneck has moved. It’s not the build. It’s the hosting. Most people open Vercel, see the bandwidth limits, and stall.

So here’s the alternative I use.

Step 1. Set up the Cloudflare CLI inside Claude Code. Same steps work in Codex.
Step 2. Tell Claude Code to push your site to Cloudflare Pages. It deploys in seconds. Your URL ends in pages.dev. It’s live.
Step 3. Add your custom domain. Ask Claude Code, or go into your Cloudflare dashboard and connect it under Custom Domains.

That’s the whole thing. Your AI-built website is hosted for free on a global edge with 99.99% uptime, free SSL, and a built-in CDN.

How to run Claude Code inside Codex (works in 2026):

Prereq: Claude Code installed globally. If you skipped that, install it first.

Step 1. Open the Codex app.
Step 2. Hit Command J or Control J. The terminal opens.
Step 3. Type “claude”. Claude Code is now running inside Codex.

That’s it. Three steps. One window.

Why I run them together instead of picking one:

Claude Code is my brainstorming partner.

Codex - GPT Image 2 lives inside it, so I generate visuals without leaving the workspace. Computer use and browser use are native and meaningfully faster than the Claude Code workarounds.

Brainstorm in Claude Code. Execute in Codex.
