One of the biggest comments I get from clients about creating content, especially reels, is “it wasn’t good enough”…

This demand for perfectionism will drive you mad and probably turn potential followers away, rather focus on being authentic with your following, let them see the real you, you’ll see this builds trust in your community. Nobody truly likes nor trusts little miss perfect, it’s not relatable…

Now I’m not saying be a slob, I’m just saying be true, I’m a triathlete, training for a full Ironman, my makeup is often a mess, I’m generally covered in sweat and often out of breath but I have an engaged audience on my personal account because I am real, I share my progress and wins and I share my struggles too, I’m human and show that I am just like those that follow me…

Hello beach goers

Please act before 21 November !

Raw sewage is pumped into the sea at Camps Bay, Hout Bay and Green Point outfalls.

City needs a permit from the Ministry of Environment to do this. If you want to object please send email to
[email protected]

Please send three separate emails one for each outfall. Include a clear subject line “ Objection to permit for sewage outfall at Camps Bay/Hout Bay/Green Point”. Suggested email text “ I object to the sewage outfall at Camps Bay/Hout Bay/ Green Point and to any permit. I would like to see the sewage treated to a tertiary level”

Note that the City can very easily implement a package plant at Camps Bay to treat the sewage to a tertiary level. They have budget and land and can be done in 6 months.
