• Entry into the competition will be via means of the entry form which will be available from SMS or email and must be completed in full.
• By entering this competition, all entrants agree to be b
ound by these Terms and Conditions of entry.
• The competition closes on 25 April 2021 at midnight.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• It is incumbent upon the entrant to ensure that the telephone number and/or email address supplied are valid. Evoke Agency does not accept liability for being unable to contact a winner/entrant as a result of the non-service or discontinuation of the telephone number or email address.
• In the event that Evoke Agency is not able to contact the winner within a period of two business days of the draw taking place, such person shall forfeit the prize and a new winner will be declared in a further draw at Evoke Agency’s sole discretion.
• The prize will be awarded by random draw on 26 April 2021 and the winner will be notified via SMS or email.
• The prize is a cash prize of R1000.00 (one thousand rand) only which will be transferred to the winner’s bank account.
• Evoke Agency reserves the right to substitute the prize with any other prize, at its sole discretion, of equal or similar value.
• In entering the competition winners will be obligated to allow Evoke Agency PR and press to use coverage of the event, including photos and images and the like of the winner, across all advertising mediums. There shall be no payment for the use of such material and/or images.
• All rights in and to the competition, publicity, photo’s, data etc. will vest solely with Evoke Agency.
• Entrants under the age of 18, must confirm that they have the authority of their parent/guardian to enter the competition.
• Damelin reserves the right to cancel, amend, extend or vary the terms and condition of the competition in its sole discretion.
• Entrants who supply incorrect and/or fraudulent personal details and/or incorrect and/or fraudulent cell phone numbers will be immediately disqualified and face possible sanctions.
• Damelin accepts no responsibility whatsoever in respect of the guarantee for prizes won and/or maintenance and/or contracts and/or repairs for use of such prizes. Full liability and risk in and to the prizes transfers to the winner upon it being handed to him/her.
