Customer Support Manager & WordPress Website Developer

Overview:
Insite Solutions is looking for a reliable and technically skilled Customer Support Manager & WordPress Website Developer to join our team in Plettenberg Bay. This hybrid role involves building and maintaining WordPress websites, while also offering client-facing support for website, email, and hosting-related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
• Offer friendly, professional email and in-person support to clients
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to websites, emails, and hosting
• Manage client communications and keep them updated on progress
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients
WordPress Development:
• Develop, update, and maintain WordPress websites (experience with Divi is a plus)
• Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimised for SEO
• Manage plugins, backups, updates, and website security
• Support content changes and assist with design layout where needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience with WordPress website development
• Solid understanding of web hosting, domains, and email setup/configuration
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Plettenberg Bay
• Friendly, professional, and client-focused
Bonus Points For:
• Experience with Divi theme
• Familiarity with cPanel and domain/email tools
• Basic design skills (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
