We're looking for a friendly, energetic and motivated person to join our busy print and marketing business.
This is a customer-facing role that involves assisting walk-in clients, handling enquiries, preparing basic quotations on our computer system, and helping customers find the best solutions for their printing and branding needs.
The ideal candidate:
• Genuinely enjoys working with people
• Has a positive and professional attitude
• Enjoys sales and customer service
• Is computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
• Can multitask in a busy environment without becoming flustered
• Is proactive, dependable and eager to learn
• Takes initiative and goes the extra mile without needing constant supervision
• Communicates clearly and confidently
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, administration or the printing industry will be advantageous, but personality and attitude are far more important to us.
If you love dealing with people, have a strong customer focus, can work well within a team, take responsibility for your work, are self-sufficient, honest, flexible, and organised, then this will be the perfect position for you.
