This Women's Month, we're celebrating the incredible women who make Green Room the creative space it is. 💚

Meet Naadiya, our Office Manager, who has been an integral part of the Green Room family for an incredible 16 years. When asked what she enjoys most about working at Green Room, she says: "No two days are ever the same."

Her passion for the ever-changing nature of agency life, combined with her years of dedication and experience, helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

💭 Fun fact: Her favourite quote is, "What other people think of you is none of your business." A reminder to stay true to yourself and focus on what truly matters.

Since joining Green Room, she has supported a variety of projects, from social media management and content creation to client communications, proposals and event coordination. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail help ensure every project is delivered with care.

From boardrooms to classrooms, hospitals to homes, farms to factories, studios to small businesses—women continue to shape our nation in countless ways.

Women's Day is a reminder of how far we've come, while recognising the work that still lies ahead to achieve equality, opportunity and empowerment for all. May we continue to support, uplift and celebrate one another—not only today, but every day.

This Women's Month, we're celebrating the talented women who bring creativity and passion to Green Room every day. 💚

Meet Tenicke, our Graphic Designer, whose creativity helps bring our clients' brands to life. When asked about her favourite project, she shared: "Designing the Brand Ambassador Unitubes for …... Client". Projects like these allow her to combine strategic thinking with creative design to deliver work that makes an impact.

💭 Fun fact: Tenicke is a high-functioning autistic individual. People are often surprised that she thrives in a role that involves regular collaboration and interaction, as autism is commonly associated with preferring less social environments. Her story is a reminder that everyone's strengths are unique, and that talent comes in many forms.
