Easy Steps on how to order: ORDERS TO BE EMAILED TO [email protected]
π Browse through the Brochure below and decide which product you would like, e.g. Multi Purpose Stickers, Stationery Stickers, Bag tag etc.
π Decide of the quantity per product.
ο© Select the icon choice per product - 1 icon per product is allowed.
π Supply the name, optional telephone number as you would like it to appear on your label, bag tag etc.
π MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION YOU SUPPLY FOR YOUR LABEL IS CORRECT.
π School font used on all stickers and labels & NO split orders are allowed.
Payment & Lead Time to Process Your Order:
π Once order has been received you will receive an email with your invoice and our bank account details for EFT payment
π We will not begin processing your order until full payment reflects in our bank account. Over the national lockdown period we will be processing all orders and sending them out within 5-7 working days. This is from date of payment reflecting in our account. This is subject to changes during our busier periods. The customer will be notified of such changes / delays. Once your order has been sent out from our office, please allow another 1 β 4 working days for delivery.
π Please note that our lead time for processing orders is subject to change during busy periods and can take up to 7 weekdays.
π Orders are manufactured and sent out STRICTLY on a first come first serve basis!
Delivery Time: PLEASE note that we have moved and COLLECTIONS are no longer possible
π All paid for deliveries are made via courier. This takes between 1 to 4 working days from date of dispatch to be delivered to your door (depending on whether you are in an outlying area or not).
π We do not offer delivery via the South African Post Office any more, this is due to the bad service that they give us and our customers. Should you still wish to send your order via the Post Office, please contact us directly. However, we will not be held liable for orders sent via the Post Office and any orders that are lost and need to be re-printed will be at your own cost.

β’ Delivery - Local within 20km radius of Port Elizabeth β R30 (1-3 working days)
β’ ARAMEX Courier β R99.99 (To Main Centres by the next business day. Outlying area may take up to 72 hours)
β’ PAXI β PEP Couriers β R59.95 7-9 business days β collections at your closest PEP Store β Please indicate which store you would like to collect at?
π Please indicate which option you choose and supply a physical address for delivery β for courier services used a tracking number will be sent to you to track and trace your parcel.
