Whilst realizing that Corporate Clothing and gifts are an integral part of image building, but not the core of their particular business,

Pricing Structure
Normally a percentage mark-up on the value of the goods being warehoused is charged, but we understand that each client's needs are different and to this end, pricing can be based on the client's individual requirements.

Terms Of Business
Guarantee
Penmark will guarantee all items in terms of workmanship given to reasonable wear and tear, under normal conditions of use and aftercare. In the event of a genuine quality problem we will sanction a repair, exchange or credit.

Price Quoted
• All prices are quoted excluding VAT
• All prices include delivery costs to all major centres in South Africa. Outlying areas or across the border deliveries will be charged according to
weight and dimensions. Airfreight will be for the clients cost.
• Normal surcharges are charged for larger sizes i.e. +10% XL, +15% 2XL, +20% 3XL.

Deliveries
• Whilst we will endeavour to get your delivery to you on or before the date requested we sometimes encounter problems that are out of our
control e.g. Receiving our raw material or trims late, strikes etc. You will be notified of the late delivery and reason in good time.
• We offer a 4-6 week standard delivery from date of order unless otherwise discussed and agreed.
• On repeat orders, we cannot guarantee a perfect colour match due to dye lot differences.
• Problems are to be advised within 3 days of receiving goods e.g. shortages or faulty.
• It is the client's responsibility to be available at time of delivery to check all quantities of packages and inspect for damaged or missing goods. Please report problems to the shipping company and document the problem on the waybill. We cannot claim from the Shippers if this is not done.

SIZING
• Please use the sample you receive from us to size your order with. As styles are cut differently sizes sometimes need to be adjusted.
• Please ask for a spec sheet on sizes should you be concerned.

LOGOS
• Once your order has been taken we will digitize your company logo and run a sample for your approval. We will take great care in the clarity,
position, size and colour of your logo. Please look at all this detail before you approve the strike off.
