How to create high quality creatives for your ecommerce brand?
User generated content (UGCs) are by far the best type of creatives for ads, emails and organic social media posts.
If you want to stand out from the noise, then I can’t recommend creating your own UGC enough.
Don’t be shy, try out a few just on yourself, using your mobile.
Simply record a 15 second clip on the results from using the products, USPs, a ‘how to’, etc.
Then you can ask a friend to look at your video and rerecord it.
The first 1-3 seconds of the video are the most important part of the whole video because attention is the most important currency on social media advertising.
If it doesn’t catch people’s attention, you’re probably just going to waste your money.
Intros that are shocking, emotional, or even crazy will have the best chance at performing well.
So go on Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media to examine videos and analyze your competitors.
Watch some YouTube videos of your target audience and generate ideas on how you can compete in that space.

-Camera: phone selfie mode
-Lighting: good light on your face and a dark background
-Intro: no fluff – straight into a major benefit
-Delivery: authentic, casual and unscripted
-Talking points: how to use, USPs, answering anticipated questions etc.
-Sign off: a clear call to action
