When you are beginner Instagram user, the abbreviations and lingo might catch you off guard and let you feel overwhelmed. Especially if you don't have teens in the family to help you. 😉

Kalahari Coffee brand is the absolute essence of why I love being involved with design to save our planet, while still enjoy a quality product.

In the light of , it is quite suitable to show you what Kalahari Coffee is all about.

I am not going to lie, it was quite challenging to stick to the brief and keep the design of the packaging bio-degradable and compostable, but we managed.

The lid is recyclable, the hollow core tube is not laminated and completely compostable, the "plastic looking" bag inside the tube is produced of corn starch and even the stickers are printed on paper instead of vinyl, so they can decompose over time.

Not only are the coffee grounds compost-able, but they are also rich in micro-elements needed by plants to thrive (yes, even pot plants). And not only that, used coffee grounds are renowned as a natural pest repellent!

So, go ahead and embrace that cup of coffee knowing
that you have taken not one but all steps to protect our planet.
