• Former President Thabo Mbeki - Invited to Parliament as a special guest of the President as part of the celebration of South African achievers and was mentioned in the President’s State of the Nation Speech 2003. Named as one of the 7 Young Achievers of 2003.
• Overall winner of the English Speaking Union International Competition held in London (United Kingdom) Voted - “Audiences Favourite Speaker” (United Kingdom)
• 1st Female and African to win the English speaking union competition.
• "World Champion public speaker - Overall winner... South African public speaking champ - Nedbank...
• Received International Public Speaking Prize from the Duke of Edinburgh (Prince Phillip) at Buckingham Palace (2003)
• An Official South African Tourism Ambassador: Appointed in 2003 by the then Head of the International Marketing Council (IMC) Yvonne Johnston
