🧩 In-office/Hybrid

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer / Digital Creative Designer who can bring ideas to life across digital channels, static, motion, and everything in between. If you’re equal parts designer and maker, love strong concepts, and can execute clean, scroll-stopping visuals, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do
🎨 Design high-quality digital assets for campaigns across social, web, email, and paid media
🎬 Create engaging motion graphics (short-form video, animated ads, reels/stories, transitions)
📝 Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and polished final outputs
📂 Build and maintain brand-consistent templates and design systems
🤝 Collaborate with marketing/content teams and support multiple projects simultaneously
🔄 Adapt and convert creative for different platforms, formats, and audiences

Nice to have
🎥 Basic video editing, sound, or simple VFX for social content

What we’re looking for
* 3+ years experience in digital/multimedia design (agency or in-house)
* Strong portfolio showing digital design and motion/video work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator; Premiere Pro a plus)
* Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
* Comfortable working with deadlines and feedback loops
* Great communication and collaboration skills

Bonus points if you have
* Figma experience (web/UI, design systems, prototyping)
* Experience designing for performance marketing (paid social/display)
* Basic animation principles, kinetic typography, and social-first editing
* Understanding of content strategy and platform best practices (TikTok/IG/YouTube/LinkedIn)

Role overview
We’re looking for a mid-level UX/UI Designer with a strong eye for visual design and interface polish to help shape the look and feel of our websites. This role is ideal for someone confident in designing high-quality UI, comfortable working independently in Figma, and able to balance aesthetics with solid UX thinking.

What you’ll do
🎨 Design visually engaging, modern website interfaces with a strong focus on look and feel
🖥 Create high-fidelity UI designs, layouts, and components in Figma
📐 Apply brand guidelines consistently across digital experiences
🗂 Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries
🤝 Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
🔄 Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability considerations, and business needs
📱 Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile
🖌 Use Adobe Creative Suite when needed for supporting assets and visual work

What you’ll bring
* 3–5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or UI Designer
* A strong portfolio showcasing visual design and website UI work
* Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
* Solid understanding of UX principles, even if your strength is UI
* Strong skills in layout, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy
* Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
* Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and confidently
* High attention to detail and design quality

Nice to have
* Experience in graphic design
* Motion design experience
* Video editing skills
